TEACHER
Hi, my name is Taylor Ratcliff, and I am the 3-5 resource teacher. I am originally from Calhoun, Louisiana. I graduated from West Ouachita High School in 2016. I just recently graduated from ULM in December 2019.
I currently have a bachelor’s degree in elementary education.
I started teaching at Kiroli in January of 2019 as a resource teacher for 3rd -5th grade. I taught science for a year in the 2020-2021 school year, and I am currenlty the 5th grade math teacher since 2021. I graduated from ULM in December of 2019, so I started in the district at the same time I started at Kiroli.
I did my student teaching at Choudrant Elementary in 4th grade ELA. However, this is the only school I have worked at since graduation. I used to teach riding lessons and horsemanship at summer camps through highschool. I like to say that is where my passion for teaching comes from.
I recently got married on June 1, 2019. I am a proud pet mother to four horses, two dogs, and a cat.
I have been competing in showjumping competitions my entire life, and I continue doing this while I am not teaching.
